Ever since I finished my university studies, I have continued studying, researching and working in fields related to the human body, physical activity, sports and fitness, and this will always be a very important part of my life. I’m always looking for ways to help people feel better about their bodies, and so weight loss and body strength have become my preferred areas of expertise and that why I’m surrounded by so many fitness and nutrition professionals as well as personal trainers.
